Learning Journey advantages include:
- Training components available through the memberships are only
those in the LJI On-Line Training category.
- The membership is a recurring monthly fee charged
to your credit card.
- Each on-line training component takes approximately
one hour to complete.
- Goals are set after each training component and 7 days later
participants receive a link where they are to report
on their progress and complete a short review of the
training component.
- Additional training components are under construction. For
the first year you can expect at least one new training component
to be added to our offerings each week.
- Membership participants will receive between 12
and 24 hours of on-line training per year, the equivalent
of 2 - 4 days of classroom training.
- Components can be completed at the participant's
convenience.
- The components can be reviewed as many times as
desired during the two week period.
- The goal setting and review components help hold
participants accountable for retaining and using what
they have learned.
- Teams can work together on concepts taught. Discussion
items are provided at the end of each training component for
this purpose.
