Here's how it works:
- Each month members to this service can choose
one or two (depending
upon the membership level) on-line training
components approximately one hour in length.
- Goals are set after each training component and 7
days later participants receive a link where
they are to report on their progress and complete
a short review of the training component.
- Training component selections will include a combination
of recent topics and those that have been
around for some time.
- The investment will be as low as $20.00
per one-hour training component depending
upon the membership level and quantity
discounts.
- Membership participants will receive between
12 and 24 hours of on-line training per year,
the equivalent of 2 - 4 days of classroom
training.
Advantages include:
- Components can be completed at the participant's
convenience.
- The components can be reviewed as many times
as desired during the (approximately) four-week
period.
- The goal setting and review components help
hold participants accountable for retaining
and using what they have learned.
- Teams can work together on concepts taught.
Discussion items are provided for each training component
for this purpose.
Notes:
If you do not complete the training component all at once,
the system will store the answers you have already
provided. That means you can return at a later
time and complete the training component.
At the end of this training component you will be asked
what you thought of this learning experience.
