Your expert facilitator is Donna M. Long, CSP, CPLP who has taught DiSC for more than 20 years! The highlight of Donna’s background is 15 years with Disney, including a year and a half at Tokyo Disneyland. She was first introduced to DiSC during her Disney career where she was an HR Manager. In 1990 Donna founded Learning Journey, Inc. She has helped thousands of participants and hundreds of private and public sector organizations increase their effectiveness through the use of DiSC.
