DiSC® Classic 2.0 (Narrative) presents a plan to help participants understand self and others in a specific environment. Participants are the central focus as they heighten understanding of their behavioral profile and identify the environment most conducive to their success. At the same time, they learn about the differences of others and the environment they require for maximum productivity and teamwork in the organization.
This instrument is not a test. The participant cannot pass or fail. There is no best profile. Research evidence supports the conclusion that the most effective people are those who know him/herself, recognize the demands of a situation, and adapt strategies to meet those needs.
The DiSC® Classic enables participants to: discover their own behavioral profile, capitalize on behavioral strengths, increase appreciation of different profiles, anticipate and minimize potential conflicts with others.
DiSC® Classic 2.0 includes an overview of Classic 2.0; your DiSC® Graph; a narrative about your highest DiSC® dimension; your Intensity Index Chart; your Intensity Index for each of the four core dimensions; a narrative about your Classical Profile Pattern including your motivation, your work habits, and insights for you. It also features the DiSC® Model as it relates to environment, the Four Core DiSC® Dimensions, and a narrative of each of the 15 Classical Profile Patterns.
