Self-Assessment
Participants respond to an assessment instrument, which takes approximately seven minutes to complete.
From the responses a series of reports is generated. (The reports are available for viewing, emailing, or printing immediately after completion.) They outline the individual’s behavioral traits and natural tendencies.
The first and core report is the General Characteristics report which details core narrative and behavioral highlights. The following category topics are included: motivation; preferred environment; based on dislike, discomfort, or fear, what the person tends to avoid; ways to increase effectiveness; demotivators; and managing conflict.
