Self-Assessment
Participants respond to an assessment instrument, which takes approximately ten minutes to complete.
Participants are provided a series of computer-generated reports outlining the individual’s behavioral traits and natural tendencies. Those reports include:
1. General Characteristics Report - Details core narrative and behavioral highlights. The profile subject uses this report.
2. Strategies for Creating a Positive Relationship – Explores ways to create a positive relationship with the profile subject. Those who work with the profile subject would use this report.
3. Relating to People and the Environment - Describes how the person tends to relate to others and their surroundings. It is a useful report for both the profile subject and his or her fellow workers.
4. Strategies for Managing - Provides specific strategies for managing the profile person and is most useful to the person's supervisor and/or manager.
5. How This Person Tends to Manage (Approach to Managing Others) – Suggests the actions most natural for the profile subject in eight different management skills. This information is most useful to the profile subject and perhaps the manager or coach.
6. Managing This Person in a Sales Environment (Strategies for Sales Management) -Provides specific strategies for managing the profile subject in a sales environment and is most useful to the subject's sales supervisor/manager.
7. Natural Approach to the Selling Process (Approach to Selling) – Offers guidance as to how the person might approach each of the seven essential steps in the sales process. This report is most useful to the profile subject.
