DiSC Classic 2.0 (Narrative) presents a plan to help participants understand self and others in a specific environment. Participants are the central focus as they heighten understanding of their behavioral profile and identify the environment most conducive to their success. At the same time, they learn about the differences of others and the environment they require for maximum productivity and teamwork in the organization.
This instrument is not a test. The participant cannot pass or fail. There is no best profile. Research evidence supports the conclusion that the most effective people are those who know him/herself, recognize the demands of a situation, and adapt strategies to meet those needs.
